For this assignment, we were required to write a technical description, I chose to talk about the Erh machine or the Ergometer. Bellow, you can find Erg’s history and the reason that Erg inventor had to make this machine. Also, there is additional information on how does Erg works and what it does to the human body; for instance, which muscles are in pressure while people are using the Erg.
